ORDERING FROM US

Making a purchase order could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for details that we will need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment which means you can shop from any part of the world. Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Amex, Solo, Delta and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to send. Back ordered items are not charged until they are sent.

VAT

Prices do not include V.A.T. at 17.5% and will be charged on all orders. For E.C.
countries VAT is charged except for customers registered for VAT. This number must be
quoted on all orders and will be printed on all invoices and parcels. Non E.C. countries are
exempt from VAT.

POSTAGE

Postage - is added to all orders as follows: Up to £40 - £1.95 Up to £100 - £2.95 Over £100 - £3.95

All orders are sent either:
1st Class post: allow up to 1 week for packet post delivery, or
DHL Express: a next day service to business addresses in mainland UK;
2-3 day service for home addresses;
2-3 day service to the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.

Next Day Services

All next day services are given priority and despatched the same day, subject to our confirmation. The latest time for phone orders for next day is 1pm.

Next Day Options and Prices

Royal Mail Special Delivery: delivery guaranteed before 1pm. These have a delivery rate of 99%. Royal Mail will refund the cost if the item is not delivered on time.

Up to 1 kilo - £5.20 Up to 2 kilos - £6.95 Up to 10 kilos - £18.50

DHL Express

Standard Next Day: £6.95. This service is not guaranteed but has a delivery rate of 95%.

Diamond Service: guaranteed before 10am - £18.50. This service is guaranteed, the cost will be refunded if the parcel is not delivered on time.

These services are for mainland UK. Next day is not available to the Highlands and Islands.

Next Day to Northern Ireland: by air £16.95. This is not a guaranteed service.

All next day services are given priority and dispatched the same day subject to our
confirmation.

PAYMENT

Payment must be received with your order, either by cheque, Switch, Visa, Mastercard, American Express,Delta, Solo or Maestro. We will be pleased to forward a pro-forma invoice.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS

A minimum monthly trading figure of £100 is required with two trade
references. Terms strictly monthly, payment 20th the following month.

RETENTION OF TITLE

1) Property,legal or beneficial, in any goods supplied by the seller shall only pass to the
buyer when the seller has received full payment for all the sums then owed by the buyer
to the seller. 2) Goods in respect of which property has remained with the seller shall be
kept identifiable as those of the seller, and the buyer shall at its own expense immediately
return such goods to the seller, or permit the seller to enter the buyer's premises to collect
such goods should the seller so request. 3) Risk shall pass to the buyer with possession of
goods.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

Telephone orders can be accepted only from account customers or customers paying
by credit card or debit card.

DESCRIPTONS

Descriptions are those used commonly in the trade and unless otherwise stated refer to
imitation products. Colours of items will vary with each shipment, however we try to keep
these to the smallest margins.

STOCK

We carry a vast range of many thousands of items, so from time to time we may not
be able to supply ex-stock. We try to carry enough stocks to cover our requirements, however
if we are out of stock we will give a refund.

DESPATCH

All orders we try to despatch within 72 hours. Orders with next day service will
be dispatched the same day, if received before 1pm. Send all post orders to the Chesham
address.

RETURNS

Except for faulty goods or items incorrectly dispatched we reserve the right to
charge a handling fee of 15%. Beads which have been dyed cannot be accepted for a refund,
unless they have been dyed incorrectly.

DYED BEADS

We cannot hold ourselves responsible for surface dyed beads and in the
event of of any claim sellers liability shall in no circumstances exceed the invoice price of the
said goods.

SURFACE DYED BEADS

Many of our colored beads are surface dyed and will be affected if they come into contact with chemicals, for example perfume, deodorant, body spray etc. We strongly recommend that you avoid contact with these products or similar and avoid excessive handling during assembly of jewellery items etc.

PRICES

Prices quoted are current as of this date, but we reserve the right to make alterations
as necessary without notice and in this event orders will be invoiced accordingly and if
necessary a lesser amount of goods will be sent.

QUANTITIES

Supplied as the package amount states. These packages cannot be broken
or mixed colours supplied so as to make up a larger quantity for the lower price.

FAULTY MATERIALS

Faulty goods will be replaced if proven faulty in manufacture, but no liability
will be accepted for consequential loss or damage of any description in respect of goods sold.
We do not guarantee the suitability of any product for any specific purpose.

TRADE

A trade discount is available to shops re-selling our goods, except books.

COLLECTION

Goods can be collected from either address at exactly the same prices.
Opening times London: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm
Saturday 10pm - 5.15pm
Chesham: Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm
